Got a question?

Why can't I see a confirmation email?

Check your junk box for our confirmation email and then make sure you move the email to your 'focussed' or 'primary' inbox, so that furture emails don't go to your junk as well.

If you use Gmail, then move us to your primary inbox. Here’s how:

If you’re using a phone: Click those three dots (...) at the top right corner of the app and then click “move to” and then “primary.”

Using a desktop? Simply drag and drop this email into the “primary” tab located at the top left of the screen.

If you use Apple Mail:

Click our email address, next to “from” if you’re using mobile, and select “add to VIP.”

Is it free to sign up?

Yes, it's absolutely free to subscribe!

How many emails will I recieve?

We usually send one email a week, although at certain times of the year, we may send an extra email (if we've got something particularly special we want to share with you!)

Why haven't I receive any emails yet?

Check your junk, and add us to your contacts! All emails will come from our main email address, [email protected]
